There
have been various comments about the lift malfunctioning, things like;
- Doors closing too quickly
- Doors juddering
- · Lift not moving between floors.
It’s
difficult to get a handle on this issue as these comments can get lost.
It’s
probably a good idea to record such comments in the Residents’ Comments Book on the porters’ desk. Then we can get a
good idea of what’s going on. If you are able to write a comment can you please
identify the lift (A B or C).
